A running log that belongs to you
No account, two ways to store. Choose CSV file mode to keep your running log in a CSV you download and re-upload (it opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets), or Browser mode to keep it in this browser's local storage with one click on "Save to browser". Nothing is sent to a server either way.
What gets tracked. Date, distance, time, optional step count and notes per run or walk. Pace is derived automatically; with steps the run tracker also shows your stride length. Personal records are detected for 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon and every other distance you log, ranked by pace, distance or steps.
Progress chart. Pace, distance, time or steps over 1 month to all time, with personal bests highlighted. Filter by running, walking or both.
Group runs. Running club, family run or team event? The group run comparison ranks everyone on the same course by time, pace or steps. If you ran in the group yourself, import your own result from the group CSV straight into your log.
Importing existing data. Export a CSV from Strava, Garmin Connect or your spreadsheet, match the columns to the template (date, distance_km, duration, steps, notes, mode) and upload it. Demo data is shown until you load your own.
